Christopher Wood
Christopher Wood has been teaching at Yale since 1992. He has also taught as a visitor at the University of California (Berkeley), Vassar College, and the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. In 1980 he was awarded Harvard’s Jacob Wendell Scholarship. He has been a fellow at the Society of Fellows, Harvard University; the American Academy in Rome; the American Academy in Berlin; the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton; and the Internationales Forschungszentrum für Kulturwissenschaften, Vienna. In 2002 he was awarded a John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship. From 1999 to 2002 he was Book Review Editor of the Art Bulletin. Forgery, Replica, Fiction: Temporalities of German Renaissance Art (2008) was awarded the Susanne M. Glasscock Humanities Book Prize for Interdisciplinary Scholarship.
